Need Help Identifying an Issue And Fixing

So My Server Has Recently Come Into A State Of Not Loading Chunks And Me And My Friend (The only people to ever come on) are now permanently stuck inside an invisible chunk, In The Log All It will say is something like "SmolRedRiot Moved Too Fast" Which Has Never Happened and even happens when i crouch around If You need more info to help out feel free to ask for specifics and i can help.
