I cannot start up my server, it gives me the message "Your server is currently 4.03 GB in size. The maximum allowed size is 4 GB."
Not sure what happened or why my servers so big all of a sudden.. Any tips of what to do?
Can't get into server because i'm over the maximum allowed size of 4GB...

I see that your server is online right now, so I assume you solved the problem on your own.

sir actually i just used my old backup for now, but our new backup has lot of things but it is over 4 gb .

Restore the backup/bring your server in that state where it does not start anymore, afterwards we can have a look at it

Your server's world was causing that issue, it was very very big.
Many of the chunks of your world were generated but never used. I deleted these unused chunks now.
You should find out why your server generated all those chunks. This is typically related to world pre loader / pre generators which is not recommended.
