Server keeps restarting

Hey so I'm having this issue where my friends and I all wait the queue time, join the server, play for awhile, then it says it needs to restart and kicks us out. When this happens we always end up having to wait almost as long if not longer every time for the server to start back up again. This is a new problem for us, it's happened five time at most and I'm wondering if I'm missing something or doing something wrong. All software from what I know is up to date and my one plugin has never been a problem. Ideas?
