The texture pack will show 100% downloaded and then it will not apply. I have changed the zero at the end of the Dropbox link to one as well.

So it must be somehow related to the resource pack, but I'm not an expert in resource pack so I don't really know why it happens.

I just found out that resource pack loaded over the server are not allowed to be bigger than 50 mb
