When I try to join the server it says connection timed out

So , I`ve been playing on this server with my friends for like a month or so . I didn`t have any problems with it until now . Like in the afternoon it worked perfectly but when I tried to start the server and play it says io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnecException: Connection timed out: no further information . Idk if that`s the problem , but before leaving the server me and my friend filled a mine with a lot of Tnt cause we were bored and btw we traveled a lot , like our houses were in the X : 25000+ Y: 35000+ . Please help
