When I go on my server I get timed out or it doesn't even work, anything I do doesn't saves, I can't open chests, doors , etc. Does anyone know how to fix this?

What software and version is your server running on?

you mean vanilla 1.14.4?

I checked your server, it looks it's related to your world and the general 1.14 problems.
You probably need to start over with a new world.
