Pistons Not Functioning

Everytime i try to use a piston to move Dirt for a 0 tick farm it wont let the piston move the block.

1.14.4 / spigot!

Is there anything else that i can do without trying vanilla? Since i use plugins.

Will it save the plugin data like claims or /home??
