server.properties ?

So I'm trying to load a world with Biome Bundle, which I believe requires access to server.properties. Is there a way I can access this file, or is there another way I can load a world with Biome Bundle on here?

why would it need access to that? if you want to rename the world/ change the world type you need to do that in worlds > generate
