Yesterday everything was fine on my server.
Today, when I started it, I realized that it started very fast,
Upon entering my server was different.
It all restarted! I went to the files, there were no plugins.
I went to worlds, there were only the 3 main ones.
Can something be done to recover my configuration

Also in most cases the problem is caused by users or others who have access to the server because they did something which they should not do
