My friend can't unban me

So , my friend banned me , and after a bit he decided to unban me . we tried everything , he says that i'm not in the ban users list . I didn't believe him so he made a ss and then I realized that the only thing left to do is to make a topic about this problem/bug. he tried to unban / pardon me from the console and from the game , but it didn't work out . There are plugins on the server but we don't want to remove some of them if that's the source of the problem . We worked so hard to build this server . We can't even make back-ups anymore because the map is so big. But that's not why I made this .

Conclusion : I wan't to get unbanned . My aternos username is : butslapper ( just don't ask about it )

We can't mate . We have pluggins and stuff . Im surprised , but even the Aternos team can't do something about this issue. Wow , reallly nice team you got there . I'm waiting for like 2 weeks and still banned
