I recently just started a Spigot/bukkit server for 1.8.8 but it keeps lagging for some reason.
What software doesnt lag since i dont use plugins..?

share your logs please.
1.) Go to your log on Aternos: https://aternos.org/log/
2.) Click on the big blue "Share" button on the top right
3.) Copy the link with (Ctrl + C or click on the "Copy" button)
4.) Send the link here. -
Logs dont help.
Hmm, can you give me the world file of your server? preferably through mediafire, but dropbox is fine too

I just tested your server and joined it, I could not reproduce any type of lag.
But what I see is that you use a lot of command blocks. Depending on what you do with them you may experience lag.
Also the lag you have might be related to the client, and not to the server
