How can I deactivate the world of nether and end to prevent players from accessing?
Because when you erase the worlds, when I start the server they are generated again and I don't want that to happen.

Nether can be disabled on the options page.
End can be disabled in the bukkit.yml ( https://aternos.org/files/bukkit.yml ), which is only available on any bukkit based server software (spigot, paper etc.)
