Set server back to Plugins

So I Set up my server the other day and set it on plugins. I later realised that I wanted a few small mods with it, so I set it to mods. After that I realised I can't have both plugins and mods, so I wanted to set it back to plugins but it said my whole world would be deleted.

Does anybody know how to help?
