Update server software (same version)

Hello there,
I was wondering to know if there is a way to update a server software (Paper, in this case) because every time I start my server it suggest me up update Paper to a newer version of it, meaning update from Paper 1.14.4 #220 (for example) to Paper 1.14.4 #240. The thing is, i tried reinstalling paper but it tells me the same thing.
