Hey,
I just wanted to know if it is possible to use an FTP client (FileZilla, SmartFTP, etc.) to upload files to my server's directory? Also, do these server has free MySQL built in, or is that separate?

We offer neither FTP access because of security related reasons nor MySQL databases. If you want to have a MySQL database, you have to get one separately.
