I got the below error when I trying to connect to my server.

Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

I can't connect to my server. The server starts but I can't connect. I did traceroute but it didn't works. How can i fix the server problem ??? really everybody can not help me?
