Resource Pack

I created my resource pack and i have uploaded it on dropbox https://www.dropbox.com/s/14neqswtyioea0l/Mon%20Texture%20pack.zip?dl\=1

but it says

in the console. So I searched solutions and i found that

It appears that when providing the resource pack "Custom Record Sounds" to my server, I get the message: [18:50:42 WARN]: You specified a resource pack without providing a sha1 hash. Pack will be updated on the client only if you change the name of the pack. How do I add a hash (likely in server.properties) and what hash do I provide?

Upload the Resource Pack here:

Add the generated SHA1 hash to server.properties as:resource-pack-sha1=the-generated-hash-goes-here

And what can i do if i can't change the server.properties to add the hash key ?

To rename it with what name ?

But i did that 3 times and it says the same thing about the hash key 3 times.

Yes it works if i add it on my client.
