Kept dying

It used to be alright. But today me and my friends joined my server and all of us kept suffocated in a wall. When we clicked the respawn button, we still died because of suffocated in a wall repeatedly. What can I do? I have already deleted some plugins.

and also even we were not close to any wall, we still suffocated in a wall???? That doesn’t make sense at all.

Does the same problem happen in vanilla?

Does the same problem happen on a new world?

I didn’t use any mod. I tried vanilla and this problem still exists. When I open a new world, it’s fine but everything we built were all gone. So we wish to continue to play at the old world.
