Accessing the Files

Can you please let us access to all server files please?

We are currently transfering our server to another server due to player amount and lack of ram. But we are facing with problems which occurs because of launcher/file difference. To solve this I need server file or something. I'm not sure which one, I will try possibilities

Actually we were satisfied on Aternos but you know It's not enough anymore. Don't we have any chance about getting priority?
