Friens cant join anymore

Hi! I kicked last month my friends ipa_the_gamer, kerttuvirveli, miukumauku69 and nupsteri. Now when i try to unban /pardon /unban and more stuff like that. It says that i have unbanned my friend but when they try to rejoin they cant!!!! please help!!!!!!

What error message do they get when they try to join?

Are they shown in the ban lists on the players page?

My friend get:your banned from this server. Reason:banned by an operator.

Yes they are shown in the ban list but when i ban them and go again there they are shown there again...

Stop your server, remove all of them from the banned player lists on the players page than start the server again

mismatched mod channel list
