And what has instagram to do with it?

So if i let my world to upload on chrome on my pc, i try not to use my internet on my phone or pc. Only the world uploading is using my internet. I just gave an example with instagram, it can be anything else youtube, or anything else thats using my internet. I start the upload of the world and leave for 30 mins watching TV or doing something else that dont require internet.
