Try to remove mod by mod and restart your server each time + check if the problem is gone.

Afterwards you know which mod causes the issue

I can't start the server I wait the long queues then click on confirm then I wait the server to be loading and starting and after some mins waiting the server to be online it says

(crashed view log) so I can't restart the server
