Need to download my plugin files

Hi,

I use Spigot 1.15.2 server and have some plugins installed on it.

I was trying to download some plugin files but I couldn't find any way.

Is there any way how I could download those plugin files from my server? If there is please let me know.

the reason is the systems will over load and servers will crash more often right?
