today i tried to start a new server and the queue said estimated waiting time will be 80 minutes, but actually it was more than 3 hours of queue
is this intentional or is this a bug?

The queue depends on the number using athernos I think
you have to wait for other players servers to go offline before yours can start
also have a read of this it might explain things better than I can

The shown waiting time is an estimation based on how long users had to wait before.
We had an outage today which caused at the end that some people see a much shorter estimated waiting time
