server keeps crashing after using 2147483647 enchantments

so me and my friend made a server for fun and we have multiple hours of work into it, and we have a problem where, when we experimented with command blocks i tried to make a 32-bit integer limit power bow, and i used it, it crashed, now i cant start my server up, and i dont have any backups
