Hello, my server stops with no reason (i am not afk, it doesn't crash) and i have to wait the queue (now it is 73 mins). Can i fix this?

Your server went down due to a huge backlog. What were you doing on the server?

First I would recommend you to get rid of the plugins OldPvP and ChatColor.
They cause very much error messages.
When you did that share the log again and we can look again

Nothing special, maybe flying with elytra doesn't help...
