My items and blocks disappear when I try to add mods

    Hello, I have a server with mods to play with my friends, I would like to add some more mods.

    But every time I try to add >> any << mod, items and blocks disappear or are transformed into others and dimensions (world) are broken and the server crashes when having to recreate the portal. That (about things disappear) happens with Aether Legacy, Aether II, Rustic, Animania and Bibliocraft.
