Hi, I got some problems using commands, when i type on the console /op MyUsername, it says "The player is already an operator" but i can't open the tchat to enter a command, and i tried to change my controls but it changes anything. Please help 
i can't type any commands or just type in tchat (i'm OP)

- Stop the server
- Remove all players from the OP list on the players page
- Add the players again
- Start the server again

OP (OPerator) does not equal Administrator if you've got Bukkit/spigot.
OP is a Minecraft thing that allows you to do everything.
Administrator is something you set up yourself with plugins.
When you say that you cannot open the chat... you mean hat literally? Have you checked if you have hidden your chat in multiplayer settings?
