I created a server like 2 months ago and it worked ok.
But today I banned a friend that have Minecraft Preium and then I went back to Aternos page to unban him but when I put /pardon {username}, appeared a message where puts that the player was not banned.
But when I went back to banned players the username continue appearing and I don’t know how to remove it from banned players. Cause it’s kind of imposible nd he cannot entre anymore to the server.
I also talked with discord support service and they tried to remove him from banned list but the didn’t get it.
So they told me that I could say that problem here
