What error message is shown on your screen when you try to join?
Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the modification you last removed.
When I try to connect apears: Connection lost Fatally missing registry entries
Try checking The LOG to see errors if any mod have error solve it or remove it!
Are you using Biomes o' Plenty, because that mod something similar.
It says "missing registry entries", but lets you join the server, but if u only even see an item inside the mod, you get kicked and the server crashes, so it's similar. That might be your problem.
