Advanced Enchantments Plugin Not Working

Hi, recently I added the Advanced Enchantments plugin into my server, however, the usual commands aren't working and are not present such as /enchanter, /tinkerer /ae list etc. Perms are in check but still nothing is working. I looked in the files to see what's wrong and seems maybe the plugin was incomplete when it was added. Hopefully there can be a fix soon? Thanks.

Well, I'm not sure if it's incomplete just a speculation. I installed the correct version but I have no access to any of the commands that are given with the plugin were it to function correctly. I've opped myself and it still does not work. There are no dependencies and I am running the correct version.

Does the plugin appear when you type /pl?

Yes the plugin appears when I type /pl. I get only like 4 basic commands with the plugin and none of the custom enchantments aspect to it.

Yeah, I've tried almost every version on the site yet it still doesn't give me any of the intended commands.
