Crashes and crashes

I was going to work on my friend's server today and i have access the start so i tried once and it crashed did it again and crashed. so i waited 30min and tried again, still crashing. tried 4 more times and all of them where unsuccessful. so now a waited a hour and tried again, it is still crashing, i don't have access to anything but starting the server so i can't see what is going wrong. can y'all somehow find a way to fix this?

dude, all i have access to is server start, nothing else, and i am not the server owner
