Can't use texture pack.

heres my texture pack link. if i add to my server, it says when i start the server i didnt specify a sha1 hash. any heeeeelp plz

did not work, still says i didnt specify a sha1 hash

this is the error message i get:

You specified a resource pack without providing a sha1 hash. Pack will be updated on the client only if you change the name of the pack.

do i need to change the name of it to for example: Faithful-1.12=12EBB1E0F83AE85A254FDB797B1B2A421450D2A7.zip

that 12EBB1E0F83AE85A254FDB797B1B2A421450D2A7 was the sha1 of the pack

i cant do anything about the folder structure (like .zip to just a folder) because dropbox wont let me upload folders

maybe you could do it for me :p

actually now it said that my server recommends a texture pack do you want to install it automagically so i clicked yes but nothing happened, i checked if its downloaded in my downloads folder or in my resource pack option thing and i tried logging out and in my server but nothing happened

my server is 1.12.2 and many people use 1.8.9 but some textures are broken in older versions and i saw that newer texture packs are backwards compatible

oHHhhh now i get it... just didnt understand
