i gave my friend a friend access and when he finished queueing, suddenly the server went offline without any sound notification.

The server going offline doesn't give a notification anyways.
Did he press the confirm button when it finished in the queue?

the server seems failed to load in the middle.
The logs don't mention that anywhere.
He will just need to start the server again.
