Do you upload it as zip file or as bare folder?
-
I have the same issue. I have tried uploading multiple .zip worlds and nothing works. I have tried uploading a world that was 35 mb, 181 mb, and 600 mb and it gets to a 1/10th of uploading and it just pops up the error message. At first I thought the files were too large but I read on Aternos that the maximum size limit is 1 GB. The worlds I uploaded weren't survival worlds but SMP Earth worlds.

This is happening only with one world
I'm use Opera, but i don't think it's because of the browser -

Can you share this world with us? e.g. with dropbox?

Good.
To troubleshoot why it does not work with the original name:
What is your OS and which language is it set to?
-
The world is one ive downloaded from the aternos after playing on it, and ive kept it as a zip form. Ive then gone to upload and tried uploading this world. Error 105. Tried an unzipped version;Error105. This "save" was called "world(2)". Ive renamed the zip to just "world"(without the ") , and got error 198, but worked on the second attempt. So in conclusion, looks like the file name did the trick.
Im using windows 10; set to german.
