My mistake is simply that I cannot install plugins, I want to install a plugin but when I download it and check the files it is not

I'm having the same problem. The even bigger problem right now is that there are no mods on that I know of, so this problem can't get fixxed.

Downloading plugins from https://spigotmc.org/ is currently not possible. Unfortunately the root cause is out of our control, so we can't really fix it.
We are working on a solution. There is no ETA when plugin download will work again.
Plugins from https://dev.bukkit.org/ or https://songoda.com/ should still work.

La descarga de complementos desde https://spigotmc.org/ actualmente no es posible. Lamentablemente, la causa raíz está fuera de nuestro control, por lo que realmente no podemos solucionarlo.
