Server closes itself

Hello team! My server closes itself while I'm playing on it. It's on 1.15.2 version of Java edition and I'm using Paper/Bukitt software for plugins. My username is: arribaespana333 😅

After this, I have to wait the long queue. Could you give me a rocket for start it without the queue?
