Server Crash, Uploaded World

I have no idea what Im doing wrong. I turned off the resource pack, downloaded it, zipped and uploaded it. It goes online just fine, but when I connect it crashes. Any help?

.db I believe. Im pretty nee to this but thats the extension in the worlds folders
