  • I uploaded my singleplayer world onto aternos to play with my friends. I do not always want to play on server to due minecraft multiplayer limits and the queue. I have followed the youtube turorial to download the world, but it only gave me the file I originally uploaded. I made sufficient progress like mining out huge areas with my friend. I tried to make the backups to google drive, but aternos does not let you see , download, or replicate those files saved to your drive. It would be a massive help if someone was able to tell me what to do. The thing I can think of would to use a mod to download the chunks of the world, but that would still not be able to encompass everything I have touched and that is not the same. If you know what to do please help me out. Thank you for reading all of this.

I discovered something. I found out that is was my world file, but I had the inventory and attributes of what I was doing, so I will need to get my inventory to get what I had, so I dont accidently dupe anything.

  • I made a backup of the world before I uploaded and was at my goldfarm. I then mined out a large area with my friend. I then downloaded the world, unzipped it, put it back in my saves folder, and when I rejoined the world I was back at my goldfarm getting xp. I definitly deleted the world before that happened, so the file was definetly the one I downloaded.

This is because your client is using different uuids to identify players than the server.

This can have multiple reasons, either your client is not working correctly or you played too much with the cracked setting on your server.

You would need to manually fix the playerdata of the downloaded world which is very complicated. I would recommend you to just cheat the items on singleplayer.
