My friend suddenly can't join my server

My fiend and i were playing yesterday, but last night he got the error message in the screenshot below and hasn't able to join the server since. He joins then leaves instantly, if anyone knows how to fix this pls help. The server is skyfactory 3.

Did he already try to reinstall the modded client on his pc?

To fix the problem, you will have to find out the software that blocks the connection to servers from your computer. You can fix this problem by disabling anti-virus softwares, firewall, Java's security which blocks Minecraft, or other programs on your computer. Hope the advice is useful
