upload various map (multiverse)

Sorry for my bad English.

I want to upload different worlds to my server with the multiverse plugin, in the tutorials an interface is shown where the worlds (overworld, nether, end) separate you in different folders and also the new worlds you create, but I don't have that interface At the moment of creating my server, all the worlds are united in a world folder, how could I separate them?

On vanilla based servers the_end and nether are included in the main world.

If you want to upload a further world you have to create it before in e.g. multiverse.

I have the multiverse and I have created other worlds, but these worlds are created within the main world.
And this doesn't let me export two custom worlds to my server. How could I put a custom world to these new worlds created in multiverse?
