I made an RLCraft server, and it was running perfectly up until just now. The server restarted itself to adjust system load, and after that it wouldn't let 2 of the 3 people playing with us join. The other 2 got the error "io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information:" Anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have the same problem on vanilla?
I am playing on Paper, an it still has the same problem. I also tried connecting to my friend's vanilla server and it did not work.

Can you open your server website (Server-IP ending with aternos.me opened in a browser)?
-
This is what it says when i do that:
This site can’t be reached
epic_dito.aternos.me took too long to respond.
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
- Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
-
My friend also just tried joining and got the same error

Can you please do a traceroute as described in this guide: https://support.aternos.org/hc…bly-closed-by-remote-host
