as far as i can see with these logs:
The server turned off after no one joined for about 4 minutes.

It looks like WorldGuard is somehow stuck when the world Bedwars_Lobby get's loaded.
Did you already try to disable autoload for that world?

You can do that in the multiverse configuration.
