How i set the spawnpoint of all players ?

I want to create a Lobby/Inicial village to the others players, but i don't know how i set the spawnpoint of all players in the world ! Sorry for the english, i'm brazilian ( i speak portuguese ) and i'm not so good ;-;

Yes, i do it, but show an error saying has something wrong <---HERE ;-;

I do /setworldspawn and the coordinates, and show that "<---HERE" in the last coordinate
