Problem with aternos " friend access"

Hello, I have a problem with the "friend access" function on aternos: each time I put a permission on a player, I save then I reload the page and the permissions have disappeared! Can you help me ? Or is there a solution to this problem?

My Aternos username is Kitop_ and I am trying to change the permissions for FoorDoX but not on my own server on the maptestdgo.aternos.me server with the friend access function because the creator of the server gave me all the permissions. And the creator of the server himself has the same problem as me.

This problem is not only with the permissions but also when I unban a user, I reload the page and the modifications were not saved.
