can't connect to my aternos server it just shows this error: io.netty.channel.AbstractChannel$AnnotatedConnectException: Connection timed out: no further information

Hi. every time i try to join my server, i get this error. 2 weeks ago everything was working perfectly fine, but now it just shows the error and the server shuts down immediately even though there still is time left for players to join. here is a screenshot of the error:

i am also playing on 1.15.2 optifine.

i fixed it my server is now working properly. thanks for the support
