Multiverse Core deletes world when server is stopped

I am working on a factions server with 3 friends, I am the main person who does plugins and sets the maps up, i have a downloaded map from planetminecraft (factionsspawn98) and when i go to make a new world (i login and do /mv create factions normal) it works and i can go on the world, when i logout i get the problem, i execute the command /stop so i can go in the control panel to add my spawn, after i select the file it says error, i refresh the page and my worlds are gone, i am hoping i forgot to disable something or sum so i can do this quickly

Its just the basic Sorry, an error occured! ID: 105, i tried re-installing the server and now i cant even do my hub

Thank you for suggesting this, i tried legacy once and had an error, tried again and now its working!
