my friend tried to server but it said Failed to log in:null
the server is turned on cracked and he is logged in, Any help would be appreciated!

Yes he does use tlauncher, and yes i did restart the server, after i restarted the server all playerdata was wiped. How can i fix this too?

Yes he does use tlauncher
Then he should try to up or downgrade TLauncher or use another cracked launcher
