How many players will fit in a PocketMine-MP Aternos server?

With 900 MB of RAM given to each PocketMine-MP and with 60+ plugins, how many players will fit on the server? Don't just say "the plugins are too much, so expect only up to 5 players" because the server once was having 12 players with that amout of plugins.

Recently the server was having 7 players. Then when someone was on the server resetting a 48 x 48 x 30 mine, the server stops accidentally. I thought it happened because of full RAM, due to no errors in the log. So this makes me curious how many players will fit on the server with 900 MB RAM and 60+ plugins. Don't ask for the log, because the log was deleted.
