I'm trying to update my PocketMine-MP to 3.14.0, but some plugins like Slapper and StairSeat won't load because of Incompatible Network Protocol Version error. Are there any solutions regarding this issue? Logs ---> https://mclo.gs/skHip9e .

That means that the installed version of the plugin is not compatible with the installed version of Pocketmine.
Also the configuration of ChatScrambler is broken on your server.
